A five-minute intention ritual

1. Hold the candle and say your intention out loud, in your own words.
2. Light the wick and listen to the soft crackle of the wooden wick.
3. Sit with the flame for a few minutes. Breathe, journal, or simply be still.
4. When you're done, snuff the flame instead of blowing it out.

Safety and care

• Remove the crystal soon after lighting, before melted wax or the flame reaches it.
• Trim the wick to 1/4 in before every burn.
• Burn no more than 4 hours at a time.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable.
