Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days after processing. Some items, including certain orisha statues, can take up to 14 business days. The product page notes when an item takes longer.

Multiple packages. Our products ship from several warehouses. If you order more than one item, including an altar set, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't be charged extra for split packages.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package as soon as it ships.

Delays. If we can't ship your order within the time stated, we'll email you with a new shipping date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at orders@ownintuition.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll help make it right.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
